It was always a challenge for me to find a comfortable fit! Comfort and fit are the most important things to consider in choosing a bra. The right fit is not only important for a great look, but also to maintain good breast health. Wearing a badly fitted bra can cause headache and neck pain. Pay special attention to the straps- the thicker the more support. Try on a T-shirt over a bra to get the finished effect. Finally, select bra color, style and fit that complements your outfit.

Finding the Right Panties
I remember when panty options were limited to black or white, brief or bikini. Now the options seem limitless! Two factors- waist and hip measurements determine the proper panty size. Once again, decide how important comfort is. Briefs, boy shorts, and ladies’ boxers are the least constricting styles. The fabric is an important consideration, too.
